Our Process

Lot Aquisition

Choosing a lot is a vital part of the design process as the lot will determine how large you can build and the best layout to take advantage of the positive features of the property.

 

Our real estate partner, Palmano Group, can assist with purchasing a lot and even help sell your current home once your new one is complete.

Architecture

We work hand and hand with your Architect in order to bridge the gap between artistic design and actual construction.    

 

Using our preferred Architect is not mandatory but is recommended.  Of course we will work with any Architect of your choosing and even help you with the interviewing process if you have a few you are considering.

 

Should you already have a plan in mind, we can tweak it to your liking and an Architect can review and finalize drawings.

Design

An interior designer can help make an idea into a masterpiece.  They can also entice you to blow your budget...

 

That is where we come in, our design background can ultimately eliminate the need for an interior designer. We can work hand and hand with yours or our recommended designer to keep budgets in line. 

 

Whatever you choose, the identification of fixtures, flooring, wall coverings, etc. is a crucial part of the building process and should be established once a floor plan is in place.

 

In order to have a smooth building process all selections must be identified to avoid delays in construction which can become costly.

 

Build

Once design is completed, a comprehensive budget is established according to the client and designer selections.  Upon approval, the plans are scrutinized in order to send to the building department in the city of the project for permitting.  

 

Breaking ground is an exciting event and the client is able to watch as the home nearly grows from the ground and into their dream.

 

Weekly budget meetings are held with the project manager assigned to your project and monthly meetings with our clients to show progress.

 

Onsite daily management is provided to ensure excellent execution.
