Justin Coble is one of the most highly acclaimed builders in Central Florida and the Bahamas. Third generation contractor with formal construction education from University of Florida. His first job was sweeping sites for builders as a young boy and always dreamed of being an architect. Wanting to make his dreams come alive, and in 3-Dimension, he decided to become a builder. Justin worked for a prestigious company building mainly in the luxury neighborhoods of Windermere; Isleworth, Lake Butler Sound, and Keene's Point. With an eye for architecture and high quality craftsmanship, Justin has an edge over other builders in this industry and has created amazing relationships not only with trades but the building community at large.
Richard Palmano graduated from the University of Maryland in Economics, with heavy studies in Art, and made his way to Winter Park Florida shortly after. Becoming a real estate broker selling luxury homes, he developed an interest in construction and design. Working with a prominent local construction company, he became engrossed in all aspects of construction from site selection, planning, design, and execution. His existing background in home sales is unique to the building experience as he is always up to date with current trends in design and is able to keep a finger on the pulse of the current home buyer. This allows our clients a professional opinion on what will be good for resale now and in the future.
